Cancellations and Refunds A 48 hour cancellation window is granted for purchases excluding merchandise already received, odd size and specially ordered products, closeouts. All adjustable foundations are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Some Bed in Box products may be eligible for refund. That particular policy will be stated if applicable at purchase of bed in box product.

 

30 Day Price Guarantee Should you find the identical merchandise at a lower price from a stocking and authorized competitor within 30 days of original invoice date, The Bed Store will gladly refund the difference upon verification. The value of free accessories or discounts on purchased items will be deducted from the refund total. This offer excludes closeouts, floor models, and special order items. All promotions and coupons must be redeemed at the time of the original purchase.

 

Limited 60 Night Comfort Guarantee Limited 60 Night Comfort Guarantee: The Bed Store offers a Limited Comfort Guarantee on the purchase of a Premium Mattress Set ($699 and above) beginning on the date of delivery. As it takes time to get used to your new sleeping surface, we require that you sleep on your new mattress a minimum of 30 nights prior to making a judgment. If you are not completely satisfied at that point, simply contact your original salesperson and arrange to select another mattress of your choice. This offer is good for one exchange from the original purchase. Should your new selection cost less than your original purchase, no refund will be issued. However, you will have a credit amount for the difference which must be applied to new product(s) or forfeit at the point of your one-time exchange. No credit balance will remain on account for future use. A $139 re-stocking/local re-delivery fee, exempt from coverage by exchange credit, will be assessed with the exchange and due prior to the point of delivery of the new product. Other  terms and conditions:

 

•  You must use a NEW Mattress Protector with receipt pre-dating delivery.

•  Any presence of odors or stains voids offer.

•  All labels on mattress and box spring must be intact.

•  Adjustable bases do not qualify for comfort guarantee.

•  Mattress set that is being picked up must be in excellent condition.

•  Closeout, As Is, and Special Order* (see below for definition) products are excluded.

•  Mattress sets under $699 are excluded.

•  Re-delivery fees apply in addition to $139 if outside of local delivery area.

•  Any promotions/special pricing may be nullified at point of exchange.

 

What To Expect From Your New Sleep System Today’s thicker mattresses are more susceptible to body signatures or body impressions. These are not considered warranty issues. Please read your warranties carefully to see how your particular manufacturer handles this issue. Visco-Elastic Memory Foam products will soften slightly over time. Any new material odors are associated with glues and foams used to construct the product and are a normal occurrence. They will dissipate soon after opening product.

 

Service and Warranty The Bed Store does not make any warranties, either written or implied. All warranties are between customer and manufacturer. The Bed Store will, however, be glad to assist you with any warranty questions. Please note, as stated on warranties, all costs incurred in servicing warranty issues are the responsibility of the original customer. Please do not remove the law label on any mattress product as it will instantly void any manufacturer warranty. 

 

Special Orders and Layaways Special orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. A special order is defined as any product that is ordered specifically for a particular customer and is not typically stocked. Some examples of Special Orders include (but not limited to) custom sizes, custom configurations. Queen and King sizes are typically more readily available than any other size(s.) All other sizes require longer lead times. The Bed Store cannot guarantee a delivery time on specially ordered merchandise or any non-stocked items. Lay-aways require a minimum 10% down (non-refundable) and a maximum of 90 days to pay out. No closeout merchandise may be put in layaway. Two weeks notice must be given prior to pickup or delivery. Failure to clear lay-aways by 90 days results in forfeiture of all monies deposited.

 

Delivery Policies The Bed Store offers free delivery on mattress products in excess of $499 (pre tax) within the local delivery area. The Free Delivery option is good for one delivery per customer, per transaction. While The Bed Store desires to assist our customers with the delivery of their new product, please note, that we do not guarantee delivery times as we are not in control of many elements affecting desired delivery windows.

 

Disclaimers The Bed Store is not liable for any damage done to property while commissioned by customers in process of delivery. The Bed Store cannot remove waterbeds, sofas, or any furniture from the customer’s house. The Bed Store cannot remove any mattress product from a home that is unsanitary or infested with any insects/rodents. The customer is responsible for the removal of these products prior to the delivery of new merchandise. They will remove a mattress set of like size to new set being delivered to home. The Bed Store cannot rearrange or move furniture and accepts no responsibility should the customer request such service. The Bed Store is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit into narrow areas and accepts no liability for damage of property due to delivery.
