Mattress Giveaway Contest Official Rules
1. Eligibility:
The "Mattress Giveaway Contest" is open to residents of Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older.
Participants must reside within the service area of The Bed Store in the Knoxville Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).
Employees, family members, and affiliates of The Bed Store are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period:
The contest begins on 12/6 and ends on 12/23/23.
3. How to Enter:
Nominate a deserving friend, family member, co-worker or neighbor.
To enter the contest, individuals must be nominated by someone else.
Nominations must include a written explanation of why the nominee deserves a new mattress for Christmas.
Nominations can be submitted online through The Bed Store's official website or in-person at any Bed Store location during regular business hours.
Self-nominations will not be accepted.
4. Selection of Winners:
The winners will be selected by The Bed Store ownership.
Selections will be based on the compelling reasons provided in the nomination, demonstrating why the nominee is deserving of a new mattress for Christmas.
There will be a total of 10 winners, each receiving one mattress set.
The selection process will be conducted with fairness and impartiality.
5. Prize Details:
Each winner will receive one mattress set as determined by The Bed Store.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
No substitutions or transfers of the prize are allowed.
6. Winner Announcement:
The winners will be announced daily from December 14th through Christmas Eve on The Bed Store's official website and social media pages.
Winners will also be notified by email or phone.
7. Privacy:
Information collected during this contest will be used solely for the purpose of selecting and notifying winners. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
8. No Purchase Necessary:
Participation in this contest does not require any purchase from The Bed Store.
9. General Terms:
The Bed Store reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at its discretion.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by The Bed Store ownership, which shall be final and binding.
The Bed Store is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
This contest is void where prohibited by law.
