All mattress warranties are provided by the specific manufacturer and not upheld by The Bed Store. However, The Bed Store will be glad to help you with any warranty claim to make the process as easy as possible.
All warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, or comfort. Every manufacturer defines the parameters of their specific warranty differently and The Bed Store only abides by and upholds their policies. No manufacturer covers delivery or inspection costs. That is the customer's responsibility. Each manufacturer has different criteria concerning what constitutes a warranty issue and how they will respond. It is our desire to assist you in expediting your claim if it qualifies under the terms and conditions of your particular manufacturer. If after reading the warranty you believe that your problem qualifies for warranty service, simply fill out the warranty service form. Upon submission we will assist you with the proper handling of the warranty procedures.
Please note that the manufacturer does not cover transportation costs to and from the manufacturer. The Bed Store will incur these costs for the first 90 days from your purchase date. The Bed Store can assist you in properly returning a warranty issue to the manufacturer if you desire. Please see the chart below for the schedule of minimal charges for any service call below. First 90 days from purchase-FREE for two visits. After 90 days- $35 per visit inside the Knoxville area. Outside the Knoxville area- Will be subject to additional charges over 15 miles away from any local Bed Store locations. - Ecomfort Mattresses: 20 year limited warranty (10 years full, 10 years pro rated.)
- Pure Latex Bliss: 20 year limited warranty (10 years full, 10 years pro rated.)
- Serta: Varies, up to 10 years depending on product.
- SleepQuest: Varies, All products have 1 year full then varies based on model.
- Sterling and Thomas: 10 year non-pro rated warranty.
