Posted March 1st 2012:  I recently had back surgery. My children replaced my twenty year old mattress with a Rhaspsody Tempur-pedic bed with an Ergo (adjustable)base. My son had bought a bed for his daughter at the Le Sleep store at Turkey Creek next to Bed, Bath and Beyond. He was very pleased with the service and sent me there. Eric,the manager,was so friendly and professional. He knew every detail about every bed. I was amazed at all the sample beds available for me to try. The store has the atmosphere of a spa. I felt very comfortable taking as much time as I needed to rest on each bed before making my selection. My sleep and comfort have definitely improved with my new Tempur-pedic bed! I no longer have a valve which prevents acid reflux from my stomach so I have to sleep with my head elevated. Posted February 19th 2012:  My wife and I came into Le Sleep in Turkey Creek next to Bed, Bath and Beyond about a year ago. We looked around for a bit and spoke to Eric the manager who was very kind as he showed us the beds he had. Everything seemed a little too expensive for us so we decided to go to a small mattress outlet store for a cheaper deal. We did not realize how big of a mistake we were making until it was too late, in less than a year the mattress fell apart and we were told that the warranty was voided because of a pea sized grape juice spot on the mattress. After our mistake we went back to Le Sleep and spoke to Eric who remembered us from the previous year and he put us on the perfect mattress, the Sterling & Thomas Riviera. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered several options when choosing a pillow. I've had issues with my neck, and he was able to show me the pillows that are designed for sensitive necks. The size pillow that I requested was not in stock at that store, so Barry made arrangements for me to get one within a few days. Posted February 6th 2012: Went last week and got us a I-Comfort adjustable bed! Best investment yet!!! You can not put a price on comfort. When I had my regular bed I'd wake up ever morning in tears due to a bad back-NOW I actually rest through the night...I still have back pain but NOT while I sleep. My only regret is that I didnt buy this bed a few years ago when I first looked at it- instead of dreading laying down at night like I used to I CANT WAIT, and I look forward to bed time. Posted January 23rd 2012: My back hurt, my old bed was worn out and it was either time to visit a Chiropractor or go shopping for a new bed. I had brief stops in a couple of stores that wanted to sell me a mattress then I visited The Bed Store. I wasn't familiar with them but they were convenient and I thought what the heck. So I stopped on Clinton Highway and met Jason Bailey. He is a friendly young man and was more interested in seeing that I got the right bed rather than just making "the sale." He had me try several different beds and insisted that I lay down on each one and "try it out." He was in no hurry and seemed to enjoy his work. With his questions and my answers he finally steered me to an Icomfort Insight and to make this story short, I bought one. I've had it for three days and nights and I am sleeping great and already can feel improvement in my lower back. With Jason's help I made a wise choice and I recommend him highly for anyone who finds themselves in my condition. His approach is not at all pushy or high-sale. Posted January 12th 2012:  I came in on the 9th of January with the intentions that I would find something that would help me. Been sleeping on a recliner for the last 18 months. All I had to do was walk in and tell Barry what I needed and he assisted in helping me find the right bed for me and my husband! No more recliner!!!! Posted January 9th 2012: We went into the Bed Store on Kingston Pike on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011. We had done some research on Tempur-Pedic bedding in the week before. We were greeted with kindness and respect, given more information concerning the products, and our concerns as to which product would best meet our needs were addressed. Tom Evans, the sales specialist, answered all our questions and demonstrated products that we may consider in the future. The delivery personnel were very courteous and contacted us as to when they would be arriving with the delivery and setup. our experience was great and we would definitely recommend the Bed Store and Tempur-Pedic products. When looking for a new bed we decided to try the tempur pedic beds at the Bed store in Turkey Creek. Eric and Jeanne made us feel welcome and were certainly very knowledgeable about the selection of beds in the store. the ability to test the beds along with tempur pedic pillows allowed us to make an informed decision on a major purchase. Delivery was on time - setup was quick and the delivery team was professional. The bed is awesome! The first couple of nights were unsettled but just as Eric and Jeanne said we would adjust. Now I am sleeping better than ever and my back feels great. After reading the reviews in Consumer Reports, we decided to make the investment in Tempur-Pedic. We absolutely love this mattress and it is truly like sleeping on a cloud! Tempur-Pedic may cost more, but it is worth every penny. David was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out our mattress. Also the delivery guys did a great job setting it up and taking off the old mattress. POSTED September 30th 2011: I just purchased a new mattress from the Bedstore at 7212 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN. Pete Martinez, the store manager, was extremely helpful. He went way out of his way to make things possible. This included finding a plywood substitute for the existing slats in my platform bed, and carefully shifting the bed to accommodate some things in the room. The mattress was necessitated by a recent back surgery. Pete's input here was very important since my doctor did not make mattress recommendations. During my first night on the mattress, I slept longer than I have in a long time. My back has experienced no discomfort at all from sleeping on this mattress. POSTED March 31st 2011:  My son needed a new mattress; however, we kept postponing the purchase because we were unsure of just what he needed or where to buy it. There are a lot of places that sell mattresses! After doing research online, we learned that The Bed Store has been in business for almost twenty years, offers a good selection of quality mattresses at several locations, and customer satisfaction appeared to be quite high. All of this sounded promising. We visited Le Sleep at Turkey Creek where store manager, Eric Laviolette, helped us through the decision making process. He was very cordial and listened attentively to our questions and comments. His extensive knowledge then helped guide us to the product that fit our criteria, a Serta Natural Start Eucalyptus. Throughout our time in the store, Eric was most attentive but never obtrusive. A delivery time was set up and Humberto and Tim arrived right on schedule. They were courteous, efficient, and quickly had the old mattress out and replaced with the new one. They were very careful carrying out and bringing in the mattresses even negotiating a flight of stairs in the process. We were very impressed at the professional, friendly manner in which they made the delivery. The entire experience, from start to finish, was made much easier by Eric, Humberto, and Tim. POSTED Novemeber 15th 2010: We recently purchased the Pure Latex Bliss Mattress along with the adjustable bed from the Clinton Highway Store. We have slept on it a month now, and can honestly say this is the most comfortable bed we have ever owned!! We also got the latex pillows and they are awesome as well! We both have had issues with lower back pain, and that has been noticeably improved! We would HIGHLY recommend this bed to anyone! While it seems a bit pricey, it has proven itself in just a short month, and we would buy it all over again with no hesitation! I tend to get nervous when I face purchasing such an item, but I have a very nice experience. Pete was very helpful, and Brent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful also. POSTED August 31st 2010: A new home requires new furniture. When you are a 6ft 8in 280lbs. hard working man, a great night sleep should be number 1 on your list of new furniture. Just remember to NOT give your girlfriend already signed blank checks to furnish your new house. August of 2009 I managed to talk my big guy into going to look at a new bed. He has never owned a King Size bed and has had a history of back problems. I finally talked him into going and learning about the new beds on the market and I knew that one place that might be able to educate us both is The Bed Store. POSTED June 14th 2010: I recently purchased a Queen Size Pure Latex Bliss mattress at Le Sleep by the Bed Store in Turkey Creek. I am most satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to others. Now I sleep through the night and no longer wake up with any 'lower' back or shoulder pain. I visited a few other stores before deciding to buy this particular mattress and did not receive the same experience or help at those stores. Eric Laviolette, the Store Manager, was very detail oriented, helpful and knowledgeable during the mattress selection process as well as explaining the benefits of comfort enhancing accessories like the 3 inch pillow top, TempurPedic Symphony pillows and Dri-Tec mattress protector. He didn't attempt to sell me on any particular mattress or brand but seemed to have my best interests at heart based on what I told him I was trying to find in a 'new' mattress. Also, the atmosphere of the store (water feature, music, aroma therapy) does provide a relaxed environment to make an informed decision. Eric was very courteous and allowed me time to myself prior to making my decision. The salesman, Daniel Tolliver, was so knowledgable in helping us find the perfect bed for us. POSTED April 30th 2010: This testimonial references our salesperson, Steve Lackey. We came to the Bed Store, honestly not knowing what we liked or where to start. I honestly was a little put off when Steve came up to us and started asking questions, because truthfully, we all will admit that most salespeople can be pushy and annoying. Steve was neither. He systematically helped us determine exactly what type of mattress we needed. He quoted us a fair price, and we took it. It was that simple. We spent about forty-five minutes in the store and walked out completely satisfied. There is one complaint, and one complaint only--and not with Steve. When the mattress was delivered to us, we discovered that the foundation was much too large for our bed. We spent two nights sleeping upon Mt. Vesuvius waiting for the lo-profile foundation to be delivered to us. With a $35 delivery fee, two days later, we were finally able to get the lo-profile foundation we needed. Steve was kind enough to be the go-between for us and the delivery people. Without Steve in the middle, it would have been much more difficult and frustrating to get this matter resolved. We had been looking for a new mattress for some time and could not decide what would work for us both. We both have different opinions when it came to firmness and comfort levels, as does most everyone else, but we finally agreed when it came to the cloud. I had seen all the adds on tempur-pedic and thought, yeah right, like a mattress could really be that good. In this case I could never be happier to be wrong. We've both slept better on this mattress than we have in years...it retains your body heat for those 2am bathroom trips, we don't feel any movement when one gets up out of bed and it is so comfortable! POSTED February 5th 2010: My wife and I were looking for a new mattress because our backs are bad. I have never liked salesmen, I feel they are just in it for the "sale", so my wife got to watch as we went from store to store and I blew off the sales people because they were to pushy. We ended up going to the bed store in west knoxville. It was the best experience that I have ever had. We laid on the mattresses testing them out, as my wife waited for a salesman to come and me to blow up again... I was shocked when the salesman (Daniel) walked in the room anounced he was in the store, but would leave us alone to try the different mattresses so we could get a feel for them. Daniel came back into to check on us a little later and we started chatting about why we needed a new mattress, and which ones felt good to us. He was very knowledgable about the products and gave us wonderful information. POSTED January 28th 2010: I am sold on The Bed Store!!! This will be the only place I will purchase a mattress from. After returning from a year serving in Iraq I decided it was time to make an investment a good nights sleep. I walk into the store in during the snow storm and met Daniel Tolliver. Daniel took his time informed about all the different types of mattresses and what each one had to offer. Daniel patiently waited on me to decide which option provided the most comfort. I finally settled on the Queen Size eComfort Memory Foam Mattress. Let me tell this mattress has been a dream. I do not have words to describe the level of comfort. POSTED January 20th 2010: Recently I purchased a queen-size mattress set for my daughter. The service that we received, from the time she was selecting her set to the delivery of the purchased set, was excellent. When we came to the store, Daniel helped my daughter select just the right mattress set. He was not a pushy salesman, but rather seemed to be more interested in her getting the right set for her. We felt like we could take as much time as necessary to select the mattresses we finally bought.

When the mattress set was delivered, the men who delivered it were very respectful, from the day before when they re-scheduled the intended time of delivery so it would work with previous appointments I had, to the courtesy call they made just before delivery. Also impressive was the care that the men took to make sure the bed was set up correctly. They also were very careful when they were moving both the mattress set in and the old set out, making sure to not cause any damage to any other property.

POSTED November 9th 2009: Thank you for assisting my better half with the purchase of our new TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress. I have recently, 2 weeks ago, had serious spinal repair involving numerous metal rods and screws. We purchased the bed expecting nothing short of some kind of miracle and thank God we were not disappointed. If my pain level gets high I only have to go lay down on the bed for a while and aches and pains cease. Upon awakening I have NO PAIN. That is more than we could have asked for. Prior to purchasing the bed I could be found on the floor or a sofa because certain mattrresses I noticed that my pain in the morning was simply unbearable. Your mattress is definately related to your pain level.  
As an astounding aside when my afore mentioned better half slept on the bed the very first night he went from walking on crutches to not using them with the bed being the only variable and in just one night. He has artificial hips which radiate pain down to his knees. We were not expeecting any effect on his pain level.
We certainly still struggle throughout the day but now have the belief that after a good nights sleep on our TEMPUR-PEDIC the days toll of standing, walking, and sitting will disappear without taking pain medications at night. We are extremely pleased.      -Birdie Wolfe Knoxville, TN

POSTED October 12th 2009:  In July of this year I visited my son in Knoxville for about a week. I live in the Chicago,IL area. After sleeping in his quest room on a different bed than what I have at home, his bed a much more comfortable bed, I realized my husband & I needed a new bed. I mentioned to my son about how much better I felt sleeping on his guest room mattress. He told me that he bought it at The Bed Store. We went to The Bed Store while I was visiting my son. The salesman Mathew was very kind and let me take my time looking & trying different beds. During this time he would check to see that everything was ok and would ask me about my past sleeping comforts, I explained some of the negatives my husband & I had been experiencing with our old mattress. When ever I asked a question about the different products the salesman made the answers easy to understand and he was very knowledgeable about all the products One of the beds I tried was Tempur-Pedic, I had heard about this product from the TV ,friends & family. The salesman showed me a similar product to the Tempur-Pedic but a little softer to rest on, the EcoMemoryFoam, I rested on this for about an hour & I was sold. No more inner spring mattress for us. I was also happy to here about this being a green product, helping to preserve our environment. I asked if the The Bed Store delivered to IL, they didn't but the bed actually was made and came from California & they would drop ship directly to me. Also there was no extra delivery charge for this or sales tax. I was so happy about all of this. My husband & I have been sleeping on this bed for about 2 months & we are very please with the comfort of our sleep. Bed Store, I thought that I would meet a salesperson who either presented little knowledge about his products or who would be overbearing towards me because I want to know about what I am buying. However, Daniel was a very straight-forward salesman who gave me a level of customer service that I appreciated after experiencing others who treated me poorly. He, also, recognized that he should see what type of bed I wanted instead of pushing his favorite bed on me, and he put me onto two very different beds so that he could solve the dilemma of what bed would service me better. Daniel was not concerned about taking my money unless I was happy with the bed that I was getting for the money. He took the time as I debated between beds, and he gave me information about the bed that I finally chose that made me more confident in his knowledge of how this bed would benefit me for years to come. POSTED September 8th 2009: I went into The Bed Store at Turkey Creek thinking that I would never be able to find a bed that was in my budget, felt amazing and was environmentally friendly. I went into the store with my mom whom knew exactly what she wanted. I had no idea what a good bed for me was. I have never had a new mattress and always found myself saying I would get one someday. Prior to my new mattress I only ever slept on my stomach, but since my first night in my new mattress I can sleep in every position. Eric was such a huge help and there was no way that I could have come to the decision so easily if it wasn't for him. POSTED September 3rd 2009: WHEN TRYING OUT THE BEDS AT THE "LE SLEEP" BY THE BED STORE, ERIC WAS WONDERFUL. I SUFFER FROM PTSD AND WAS WORRIED WHEN I FIRST ENTERED THE STORE THAT AS A WOMAN I WAS ALONE IN A STORE FULL OF BEDS AND I NEEDED TO LAY ON THE BEDS FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RELAX, ERIC WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!! HE STAYED A BED AWAY FROM ME AND LET ME HAVE MY "SPACE" ERIC DID NOT KNOW ABOUT MY PTSD AND HOW I CAN HAVE A PANIC ATTACK IF I AM IN A SITUATION LIKE THE ONE I WAS IN WHILE BUYING MY MATTRESS. AFTER PICKING OUT MY BED (TOOK ME SOME WHERE AROUND 3 HOURS IN THE STORE) I TOLD ERIC ABOUT MY PTSD AND HOW RELAXED I WAS AND HOW HE PUT ME AT EASE AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE THERE A VERY GOOD ONE. I ALSO SPOKE TO MY MOTHER THAT THIS WAS THE STORE SHE NEEDED TO GO TO WHEN SHE DECIDES TO BUY HERSELF A NEW BED. I TOLD HER THAT ERIC WAS JUST THE MOST AMAZING SALESMAN AND ALSO HOW COMFORTABLE HE MADE ME. MY EXPERENCE OVERALL AT THE LE SLEEP BY THE BED STORE WAS, ON A SCALE FROM ONE TO 10 , WAS A 20!!!!!!!!! POSTED August 31st 2009: I had been looking for a new mattress casually for the past 6 months. Amongst all of the mattress stores that I visited, Le Sleep: The Bed Store, in Turkey Creek, had the best options. Le Sleep sounds expensive, right? Well, it wasn't. Eric had a wealth of knowledge and facts to answer my questions. There was never any pressure to buy; no urgent or emotional plea. I was given the time to test out the beds in a most relaxing atmosphere. Eric scheduled the delivery very quickly. I didn't have to wait 5 days or a week, as I had expected. The Sleep Trust warranty was the deal clincher for me. It made my purchase a no risk situation. I have slept like a log since purchasing my Eco Memory XLG! I have not awoken from pain since. I will definitely buy my next mattress from Le Sleep: The Bed Store, in Turkey Creek.
