I have been in the mattress business for about 35 years now. The number one complaint of mattress shoppers is that the mattress shopping experience is confusing. Often mattress sales people are compared to "used car" salesmen. As a mattress shopper, what recommendations would you offer in order to change the mattress shopping experience into an irresistible one? You write and I'll listen.
